Jeebus, how many times is this story going to get posted?
... and I just noticed Amaurer2 only has 2 posts, so he/she probably doesn't realize this has been posted multiple times already. So, uhm, welcome!

this guy is officially my new heroWhat he is doing is great, but his motives are slightly lsee noble. He is protesting a ban on trivial lawsuits, not the illegal and immoral acts of God.:D
Follow up.. Some clown plays "god" and replies to lawsuit in predictable response using "free will" as a defense.

"This one miraculously appeared on the counter. It just all of a sudden was here - poof!" Friend said. Gosh. It "miraculously" appeared? And I thought rising from the dead was truly something. But this? A letter mysteriously appears on a desk? No human could have pulled that one off. Clearly this could only have been the work of an omnipotent being.

The defendant does not get to define the jurisdiction of the court and, further, should be subpoenaed to appear or to have affidavits notarized via appearance.
Anyone claiming to be god must present credentials and identification, such as a driver's license.
In this case, the defendant should be asked the role of free will when an army is divinely commanded to destroy an entire community.

Ant, ol' buddy, you may have been confused by the court Foley artist. Of course, if the sound had been "Zap" or "Ping" or even "Boioioioioing" you could intuit a non-divine origin, but "Poof" is a clear sign of the real thing.
