discordia here, reporting from the 28-percenter, Southern Baptist hell that is Mississippi. Been lurking the forum for a while. Will probably continue lurkiness, until I have something to say.

Just to clarify some things right off:

I do wear shoes. I hate them, but I wear them.
I am NOT, repeat NOT, a Christian. I was raised Southern Baptist, aaaaand that pretty much explains why I hate Christianity and most other religions today.
I have never slept with a close relative. Nor have I considered doing so.
Collard greens are nasty as fuck.
I can read, and in fact love to do so.
I have never hung a noose from anything. Racism is stupid and useless.
Bush is an asswizard, and Huckabee is the Antichrist.Now that I've hopefully headed off a few of the common stereotypes of Mississippians, I look forward to joining in your conversations. :rock:
