or a theist for that matter?
why can people who are indifferent to issues concerning god......must label themselves? Why bother to be active or reactive? Here we have a whole forum, most of the forum here is about the christian god, and the absurdity therein....but why bother?
If someone came up to me and told me that they just saw an flying saucer, I will just ask if i could see it and if could not .............i will just move on.

Because I don't want to be FORCED to be on my knees next Sunday morning praying to a god that does not exist. Or worse yet - have my children FORCED to pray in school.

It is not a trivial matter ---- the agenda for many of the religious right --- is to make EVERYONE a good christian.

Besides - it is just plain annoying to see people believing silly things. ;)

If that's your attitude, why even bother with the internet? Pretty much the whole thing is dedicated to expressing opinions about trivial matters.

Thomas Aquinas indentified spiritual apathy, or "sloth," as one of the Deadly Sins. So there you have it: atheists don't like to sin a lot.

I come here mostly for the debate. In my regular life, I don't see much point in getting excited over religion or politics.

Boilerplate reactionism in favor of religion. Closing comment; with incendiary sarcasm.

A generic post? You're getting lazy.

Joking aside, that's actually a pretty good point.
