if there are proofs that god exists, would it change you?

Ditto. I have functioned perfectly well thus far without a "god" so even if one suddenly apeared out of nothinness - I'd probably laugh, be a bit curious, think 'WTF? - that wasn't there a munite ago?!' make a joke about a genie in a bottle and then carry on as before - a resolute existenialist.

Alternatively I could go over and give him a good kicking for not being around before, conning countless millions and letting so many people down

Depends, he has to EARN my love and respect. Being my creator is not enough. If my father is a jobless drunk who beats up my mom, he sure won't get my love and respect.

I would call him Lucy.

I've always wanted to look God in the eyes, and shout, in my best Ricky Ricardo voice, "Lucy, you got some 'splainin to do!"

I don't think about god anymore. It's beyond pointless. Of course, if god ripped the roof off my hous and spoke to me directly, I would re-examine my position.

Well it would depend on which god is the true god. If there was a lot of evidence supporting the existence of the Christian god, I probably would change my ways because I wouldn't want to spend all of eternity burning in a lake of fire.

Depends on the god. If it were a laid-back and cool god like the one the Deists believed in, then I probably wouldn't change much. On the other hand, if it were an angry and vengeful Christian fundamentalist God, I'd burn all my biology textbooks and get my ass to church.
