Physical Fitness:
Eat enough calories. You want to have enough calories so your body doesn't start turning lots of it into fat because it thinks you're starving. Don't eat TOO much, but don't eat too little.
When doing anabolics, make sure to use a moderate stack unless you intend to do some serious athletics in the near future. The reason is that if you take dianabol, test and Deca and gain 50lbs you are going to lose it fast as shit (unless you are just naturally a reall big person). So there's no reason to add tons of muscle that your body wont support. The purpose of the anabolics is to max your body out in a shorter time period, and it will probably give you more total results because most people won't work out and diet hardcore for two years to get to their peak physique.
Supplement with thermogenics. For example, alternating weeks of Clenbuterol and Ephedra. Take about a month off every seven weeks to get your beta receptors reactivated.
These have two effects: First, they increase your metabolism which burns more fat and increases the available energy and nutrients available for muscle building. Secondly they're anti-catabolic, which will help prevent your body from eating up muscle fibre for energy.
Do half an hour-hour of cardio after weight training. This will get your cardiovascular system up and also slowly allow you to increase the ferocity of training as your body becomes more efficient at providing oxygen and pumping blood.
A great boost (for guys at least) is to take a light anabolic stack (like Winstrol and Trenbolone). This allows you to reduce caloric intake while forcing your body to continue anabolic (muscle-building/maintaining) activity, so it doesn't store fat. If you're in a bulking, rather than cutting, phase you can take Deca-Durabolin and a Testosterone together. Don't do this more than a couple months, as I said previously there's no reason to get gigantic if you're not naturally a giant.
After anabolic cycles always make sure to go on an anti-estrogen cycle (if you're a guy - women, it's more complicated for you) to get the nuts going again.
The absolute best is to take a thyroid hormone but be SUPER careful or you'll be on that shit the rest of your life because you fucked your thyroid up. You can get cut to the bone on thyroid hormones.
Combine all of these and you can lose massive amounts of fat while improving muscle tone.
I recommend getting a medical checkup before taking any of this advice, it's pretty hardcore (and, for that reason, extremely effective). Look into the exact constituants of your cycle, training and post-cycle therapy before beginning.
Weapons:
Practice with firearms, preferably in a deserted area rather than a range so you have more versatility. It's good to familiarize yourself with an automatic handgun (.380, .45, 9mm and .40Cal are all good, plus any other calibre you intend to own), small calibre revolver (.22Lr and .38 ) , automatic rifle (or semi-auto if you can't get a fully automatic), especially AR15, AK47 and FN FAL designs. Practice with a shotgun and heavy rifle are also recommended, as you may have to use a hunting rifle some time and shotguns are the best defensive personal weapon out there.
Try to get instruction with knives of a reasonable size, and tricks on how to conceal them.
Hand-to-Hand: Get some experience in hand to hand. Don't go to a McDojo, but good kickboxing, boxing or some of the more serious martial arts are a good idea. There's no need to become a master, but it's important to know how to handle yourself because fistfights are brutal as Hell, and it's better to be giving the beating than recieving.
