I recall having read a book similar to this some years ago. This is fascinating reading. Although much of the evidence is circumstantial, I’ve always thought that the Jesus story arose from Julius Caesar and the mythology that surrounded him.

Oh yeah this will snownball in due time, for it is very recent. Christians phisionomy is different, They think with their hearts, throw the brain away since they do not know what is it for, so when they scratch their heads, they are actually scratching their asses..:)

They could make the movie a movie within a movie...After the julius/jesus story ends (which, by the way, would involve lots of hot chicks and violence, with a nice classic rock soundtrack, and julius would be played by Arnold), the camera backs waaaaaay up, and then for like 2 mins afterwards, you watch fake news reports following the release of the movie, and have a buncha footage of religous mobs attacking a movie theatre, and some people crying, then some skinny kids in africa for good measure, oh, then the director will get stoned...and then get stoned by the mob for getting stoned, ooh and then there'll be a big musical number....preferably written by matt stone and trey parker and performed by Robin Williams...and then the death star will blow up, and prolly the terminator/jesus will ride out of the explosion into the camera.

I think it'd make a pretty decent picture.
