Of course this is a rhetorical question, but a friend has brought my attention to a song by drooling slackjaw country singer Tim McGraw by this title.

Maybe Mr. McGraw is some sort of fence-straddler, but I can read his lyrics from beginning to end and get a satisfying answer to the question.

I'm guessing yes, you're stoned, but I agree with you in that those lines imply that religion is a bore and hitting the hookah is a blast.

I also think it's funny that you only have those two choices: you're either a drug addict or you devout your life to G-Zus. That must mean there are over 5 billion drug addicts in the world! w00t, party time!

Yes indeedy. And there's a biblical scholar (and one of the original translators of the Dead Sea Scrolls) who theorized that Xianity itself was a mushroom cult. It's one of those way out there, wacky theories that no one takes seriously, and yet is more credible than the story Xians are going with.

I say drugs, drugs are currently available, where jesus is at best 1960+ years a corpse. No point in partying with that. However be warned, I have heard many first hand accounts from atheists and agnostics of having spiritual or supernatural experiences after taking psychoactives, most shrug it off as "just the drugs" but some of the agnostics became "not religious but very spiritual". Of course if you are strong enough to tell yourself "its just the drugs" then by all means, the drugs are better than jesus(if you are not strong enough then please avoid both). As the drugs are definitely more powerful.

The same mechanisms are involved in creating drug addicts and jesus addicts - that's why so many who 'find' jesus are former crack heads/alcoholics/gamblers/etc. Just look at a born again at one of those 'revivals', waving their hands in the air, eyes closed, babbling to themselves - you can't tell me what they're experiencing is much different than someone who just took a hit off a crack pipe.

When the old man decided to make everybody in his own image, and give them free will, I tried to tell him it was a bad idea. He's got a nasty temper and he's overwhelmingly narcissistic. But you can't tell him anything anymore, he's gone out of control. I even tried therapy, but he keeps eating them. It's really annoying.

As far as drugs vs. me goes, I'd suggest drugs. I'm still kinda pissed at you people. We gave you ten simple rules and you screwed everything up anyway.

Well, it is not penis-christ. It is a ring I made for a costumer depicting a large Joy-Stick covered with diamonds ( only the head is shown with a leg above), ready to penetrate a gluteous maximus ( clearly shown and which can be interpreted as balls) and the torso (can be interpreted as a shaft) itself turns into a penis with the head at bottom, and on the right side above, there is a cave of creation with a ruby embeded in it....I have a Mac and I still don't know how to upload larger images.....:)
