As a private, moderated, Christian Message Board, we welcome people of all Christian denominations to post here. Unfortunately we also know from experience there always seem to be those select few who join solely for the purpose of mocking the faith of the members of the board or otherwise stirring up trouble for the sake of stirring up trouble. If this describes your motivation for joining, save both yourself and us the time and trouble and go elsewhere. We will not tolerate the mocking of our board, our members, our faith, and most importantly, our Lord.

We appreciate and respect other faiths and beliefs, and ask that they do the same while here. This board is for an exploration of the Christian Protestant faith, and not the faith of other religions.

Please note: We do not subscribe to the 'Name-it-and-claim-it' Word of Faith movement and believe it to be a distortion of Luke 17:6 and other NT passages.

In the past we allowed Roman Catholics to participate in threads on this board. We even allowed discussion on Roman Catholic vs Protestant doctrine in the special "World Religions" forum.

It has become increasingly obvious that many of our members do not wish to have any such discussion or material on this Message board. To sound out our members, we conducted a poll. The results were overwhelmingly in favor of discontinuing any and all such discussion.

Consequently, as of midnight on September 29, 2005, no further debate on the merits or otherwise of the RC religion will be allowed on this Message board.

Posts running counter to Christianity as explained in the Scripture must be in the appropriate category, and framed in such a way as to earnestly seek clarification. Proselytizing, Bible/Christian bashing, and rude conduct are expressly forbidden. Posts may be edited for content or deleted at the sole discretion of the moderators/administrators of this message board. Have fun, but not at other users' expense.

I was banned from bibleforums many months ago for defending Islam. The christians actually believe that Muslims are either faking it, going along with society, undermining christianity by being Muslims, tricked by elders, or just self-delusions. The christians on the site actually think that the "presence" of god is only felt by them and not by Muslims, Jews, Hindus, Zoroastrians, etc.

In the moment a person is born, if susceptible to religious-psychosis ( if born into an atheists family he/she will INVENT a god or supernatural), will accept ANY delusions as true and will switch to others if the one's he/she was born into is not satisfying enough in delusional content. Since delusions provide dopamine and serotonin the brain converts to the most suitable to their particular chemical make up. not all brains are created equal. They are like fingerprints.

A catholic can switch to wicca, a hindu, to christian, a jew to raelian, a mormon to UFOs, a wiccan to pentecostal, a baptist to episcopalian, etc etc. Many religious-psychotics that became atheist (non believers) then went back, NEVER left their infectious state!. :)

WTF? There shouldn’t be a comma following "statement" and before "you." They are two complete sentences and should be separated by a period and capitalize “you” to “You.” You also have a typo: “you should really look within you soul…” It should be “your.” Oh yeah, lick my balls.

Since he failed to show up or answer prayers you will find yourself splatered on the pavement below, your neurons liberated from the grey matter its atoms being the ONLY ones saved by the fall, they'll go their own way!. This clearly proves invisible friends are delusions, mental aberrations, produced by a neurological disorder. This delusion exists ONLY in brains that are infected by this anomaly. I define it as Christ-psychosis. Jesus is as real as the Tooth Fairy, Donald Duck or Santa Claus..and besides, not matter how much one would praise his "name" and pray to him he will be UNABLE to answer prayer regardless how specific they are for he doesn't exist.
