The idea that people like this are allowed to run free in society is truly scary. She was not even fasting correctly, if you are going to do so for an extended period of time you still need to eat a small amount. The Buddhists eat a mouthful of rice and 3 of water a day, not enough to quench hunger but enough to fast for months.
