Banning
I've never been a great fan of banning - the obvious spammer of course gets splattered, as does the preaching numpty or obviously trolling idiot. Containment is usually the preferred option.
The recent newish member carusmm has me conflicted. One week, 150 posts, mostly random one-liners, loosely on-topic, minimal (almost no) engagement, clearly has mental health issues. Heaps of other forums have banned or suspended him - he still has free rein here - but for how long? Give me some feeback before I do something nobody will give a shit about! :| |
Pull the trigger! Make it quick, he won't feel a thing.

 2-0, looking good!

Those one liners got boring real quick.

Sic 'em boss. It's a shame, but it is clearly deranged. The problem is, it's got us looking at threads to see if another poster has commented, however unlikely that might be.

I'm a freak, but I ask for no favours and give none. The two religious pets who are kept here on the books that I know of and myself should be deleted if we are annoying.
|
Jesus fuck - pop out for a beer and there's another 21 posts of one-line random shite!
Good riddance .... |
