How do you know the "secret place" isn't goatse's cavernous arsehole? That hypothesis makes at least as much sense as anything else you've suggested. You'd have to be the "most high" to dwell under the shadow of the almighty Goatse.
You can always turn tricks for a few extra bucks. If looks are an issue, there's the glory hole option, but don't expect more than ... tips.
