If he was not keen on amputees stumping it up all over the place this omnipotent god could simply prevent them from losing limbs in the first place. That seems a lot nicer than healing someone after they had lost a limb. They might be more grateful if you healed them, but that doesn't detract from the fundamental wankiness of letting this shit happen when you are able to stop it, thus proving that any god who actually exists is a cunt.
You can always turn tricks for a few extra bucks. If looks are an issue, there's the glory hole option, but don't expect more than ... tips.
