Nope. I guess he fulfilled his god's mission of acting better toward his fellow human beings.
Sadly it is more likely he has achieved enough of a goal. That goal being messing with an atheist enough to get them to lose their temper.

People who can not understand things from a scientific (objective, tested etc.) perspective are not going to seek the spreading of correct (factual) knowledge.

The goal of someone, who wishes to spread that which has no basis in reality, is only seeking to disturb (destabilize) another person's thought process. It is that instability that allows for the insertion and acceptance of that which has no basis in reality.

If that is not possible; then irritating that person is a consolation.

What I have personally found to be humorous (at least most of the time) is that a person, such as Fransis, has no intellectual foundation that can allow him to see broad base context. It is why people like him can be an engineer or auto mechanic (two skill sets requiring specific knowledge), and yet, be unable to cope with the fallacy of religion (gods etc.).

This leaves only two things for Francis, to be victorious at, when debating you guys (As stated above). Again that is either destabilize your thought process, or to piss you off enough to get you to explode. If the latter occurs, he will point out to others how his opponent got upset because he can not deal with his arguments. Remember he can't get a reality based victory, only a false image of being victorious. He can point out this fallacious achievement, only to those who are similarly bereft of the knowledge required to dismiss such things.
If he finds someone who's intellect is not developed enough he knows he can push his religion.
