If god has no need to for his morals to be "correct", why do morals without a god have to have an authority?

A theist is just an atheist with a space in it.

Yeah, that's not the Abrahamic God at any rate. God told Abraham to kill his son, he carried it out until God told him to stop, and he was rewarded for his obedience.
All I can say is that incontrovertible proof must have been so much easier to come by in those days, I wonder why? . This is more about how god*s morality has to coincide with shinydull's 2012 version to be described as it's nature, but a behavioural aberration such as Abraham's would be of the humans own nature & require the attention of a physician. Seems God* needs to up it's game from appearing in a dream to get anyone to do stuff for it these days. We'll wait.

thank goodness he's on our side

It would be a real dilemma if gawd said 'fuck off, I'm a figment of your retarded imagination you thick cunt' - but I'm buggered if I could discuss it for the next 500 years.

I am asserting that things are moral because they are in God's nature and God's nature is moral for no reason. That there is no reason is often asserted to be a problem, but I don't see any problem with this.
Of course you don't. If I've learned nothing else on this forum, I've learned to be impressed with the ability of theists to tap dance their way out of any logical or moral conundrum.
