I'm pretty sure that neanderthals bred with modern humans as opposed to the theory they were outcompeted. My brow ridge is all the proof I need.

They migrated to Ohio....and drive Jags.

By freak chance, they can also get elected president.
However, despite their bad press, they're very organized... just ask Geico insurance.

That point does not matter.

Which is the whole point of science, Eauh. Enough with the sinister assertions.
Because you really need to educate yourself, start here: science can offer no certainty, just truth through successive approximation, within acceptable margins of error.
I found a quote today that describes you exactly: Scientists are fully capable of jumping to conclusions, or arriving at incorrect theories from an inadequate supply of data. But it has never once happened in the history of science that a theory achieves mainstream status, only to fall apart when a clever outsider notices a simple logical oversight. ~ Jason Rosenhouse

Um... so there were whole groups of people with a disease that mutated their bones to an outrageously different manner than ours, but the disease still made sure that the bones were all mutated the same way or something?
What the hell?
I wonder.... if Neanderthals were still alive today, or we found some alive and hiding somewhere... would christians say that they had souls?

No seriously, what if there was another intelligent race somewhere that could use reason and tools and even communicate intelligently with us. They're not "human" though, so what would christians think about that? Souls or not?
