Victus is alright, I think. He's just very passionate about something where he happens to also be very wrong. The conversations get heated, mud gets slung, and things can get out of hand, which is why I've mostly stayed out of the Libertarian discussions. But my impression of Victus (which, granted, comes solely from teh internets) is not entirely unfavorable. I wouldn't put him in the same categorie(s) as Brick (asshole) and ubs (lunatic).

I used to feel that way, Chaos, but it's difficult for me to maintain that level of respect for someone who thinks the hypothetical woman cleaning the toilets at his place of employment deserves to go without healthcare because cleaning toilets may be all that she is qualified to do.

Admittedly, mine is a personal prejudice. And I suspect I might find Victus eminently tolerable in some other venue where I was not engaging him on matters of politics. When we confined our discussions to religion,Vic was, indeed, one of my favorite posters.
