Reporters rights taken away

How come the reporters have to give up their contacts, thats bullshit. Why should the reporters give their contacts up? I do not beleive the goverement should stop information from reaching its voters.... unless they are hiding something? anyone suspect a conspiarcy in this adminitration is NOT possible?

You notice how the lawyers are never asked to give up the sources? They surely know them in this case. But lawyers have an inviolable right to attorney-client privilege. There's an excellent reason for that -- the Judy Millers of the world could never get fair representation if her confidences with her lawyer could be compromised.

We need our reporters trying to find out the governments doing or else conspiracy IS possible. Not saying that it isn't already.
