The fifth and final shuttle mission to the Hubble telescope is to launch today. The Hubble was (and is) one of the great space projects, because it made one aspect of the universe -- the visuals -- accessible to anybody. Looking into the 13-billion-year past is kinda neat too.

The Guardian shows off its top 20 images here, but better to go to the Hubble site itself and browse the gallery.
