403 problems?

Just checking something - the last week or so on my home network I've been getting 403 errors trying to access the forums (saying I don't have permission to access the site), but now on my ipad internet I'm able to get in. i guess what I'm asking is which of you bastards blocked my internet?!

But really, was anyone else having this trouble or what? I haven't checked if my home network is still screwed.

Still happening, btw, and since my house has crappy phone reception my ipad dosn't really work there. So unless I'm outside my house on my ipad i can't come on here anymore. In other words, don't expect to see a lot of me.
