It is a matter of public record that Obama paid ACORN nearly a million dollars for its help with his campaign. Any proven connection to illegal campaign contributions of the sort Strom thought she might be getting from Moncrief would have been quite a story. (In fact, she reported about Obama's ties to ACORN in an earlier story in the NYT). Of course the NYT killed the story for fear of compromising Obama. How partisan do you have to be to deny what is right in front of you?

Juicy scoop aside, I want to ask you guys something. Can you spot a Christian by the shape of their head. I would instantly expect this guy to be a Fundy, and I would be right. Something about the close set eyes and sever triangular face and the weirdly high brow - it's like identifying a vitamin deficiency or something.
