they aren't that creative as they generally all say the same old shit over and over again.

I would say it's more like when a judge allows a witness to be declared "hostile" even though they have sworn to tell the truth: their so-called hostility indicates their inability to be honest.

I know, but these douchewizards don't even do that, they just repeat some made up shit that was already made up by another douchewizard. Presumably it can all be traced back to the one true douchewizard (who was slightly creative, but not much as it was mostly ripped off to begin with).
