OK, I have booked my flight, coming in Thursday night (March 22nd) and leaving on Sunday afternoon (March 25th).
Come on, who among the Raving Atheists wants to go see Richard Dawkins, PZ Myers, Adam Savage, among many others, in the flesh?

Have you booked a hotel yet? I'm going to see about taking the 23rd off and I might as well stick around until Sunday morning too. I'm up with sharing a room with somebody if anybody is interested. I'm a good roomy, just ask Irreligious

Excellent roomy.
I'd room with you again if I could attend.

ackchooly, i'm thinking about it....
so, how many are really going? i may be able to room with a friend that lives in maryland, or with relatives in northern virginia...
if some of us are going, we have to share phone numbers so we can all be together at the really.....sorta like a mini-meet-up (or big meet-up, depending on how many we are....)
One of the most irrational of all the conventions of modern society is the one to the effect that religious opinions should be respected....That they should have this immunity is an outrage. There is nothing in religious ideas, as a class, to lift them above other ideas. On the contrary, they are always dubious and often quite silly.

I am definitely in, probably need to work out a place to stay, though I might be able to convince some people to put me up for a night or two. I would love to meet some fellow Ravers...let me know if anyone wants to meet up!

Wouldn't that be a hoot.
It smacks of desperation. Surely religion in the States is not on the ropes yet.

I should have known that using the words smack and ropes in the same post would rouse Kate.
