I agree with you that it is inherently in our best interests to spread freedom, but not at the expense of life. That should be the logical sequence of priority. Unfortunately, christian dogma is ultimately flawed and influences what people think freedom is.

People like Pat Robinson and Falwell who are/were completely brainwashed by the christian psycho-babble of fag-hate and anti-abortion not to mention the many other assorted ultimatum laws of morailty is what causes me to believe that the war is religously based.

I guess I should mention that what I mean by religously based is not the christian faith against the Islamic faith, but just the christian faith.

I could say amillion other things, but I'm at work and can't write too much.

I'm still having a hard time understanding how this makes sense.

Pat Robinson(sic) and Jerry Falwell are "brainwashed by...fag-hate and anti-abortion..." therefore George Bush invaded Iraq? What?

I wasn't trying to say that the spreading the "western" idea of freedom is in our interest. Only that we beleive it to be the case - so much so that it can help sell a war.

ManInTheWild,
This is the spelling police: "i" before "e", unless after "c" (for the most part).

I don't recognize half of those words. What the fuck is "teiid"?

I have to admit, I never actually used that rule, because of all the exceptions. It either (or is it iether, what the fuck is the rule when there is no preceding letter?) looks right, or it doesn't.

Come on, muss, aren't you ever not at work? What are these religious reasons and what is the evidence supporting this claim?

If only world leaders would just read interweb forums populated by knowledgable high school students, they would be able to solve all our problems in no time. Damn them. Damn them all!

You can always turn tricks for a few extra bucks. If looks are an issue, there's the glory hole option, but don't expect more than ... tips.

Agreed.

As for Jerry Falwell and Robinson, don't tell me that you deny their major influence on voters as well as their own political interests. This is blind faith at its best.
