In Tennessee, they are going to start carding everyone, regardless of age, who buys alcohol ... what exactly is the point of this?!

My guess would be to cut down on the sale of alcohol to minors. Either that, or to cut down on the proliferation of ash beetles in Pennsylvania. Not sure which.
