I read a book named Dianetics by L Ron Hubbard and it has a lot of interesting ideas in the mental health department. It was pretty good. I dont know about all of the Scientology stuff though that he also wrote about, but we never know. Aliens lol.

Hey I definitely agree, it's pretty off the wall. But the dianetics book doesn't touch on it at all. Just a good read, you know?
