Welcome to these forums. If you are interested in evolution, then I would suggest this site. In addition to refuting creationist propoganda it also does a good job of making evolution easily understandable.

Is there an innate sense or sexual morality vs. sexual amorality or is that also cultural? And if there is, then how does that aid survival?

what is sexual morality???
One of the most irrational of all the conventions of modern society is the one to the effect that religious opinions should be respected....That they should have this immunity is an outrage. There is nothing in religious ideas, as a class, to lift them above other ideas. On the contrary, they are always dubious and often quite silly.

It would be hard to demonstrate, as human cultures worldwide have very different practices. Unlike most other animals, humans cannot be categorized as monogamous or polygamous, etc. by nature.
As for how such things might be advantageous, it gets complicated. I would recommend The Selfish Gene by Richard Dawkins - and not just because he's an atheist icon. If you're interested in evolutionary biology, he's one of the best there is, and his writing makes the necessary concepts extremely accessible.

This is obviously cultural. It is least honored in places where it is law.
It may be that not having sex with close relatives is instinctual, though I doubt it.
