Does dark matter/energy exist?

Dark matter facts:

1 ) Guns don't kill people--dark matter kills people.

2 ) The leading causes of death in the United States are: 1. Heart Disease 2. Dark Matter 3. Chuck Norris.

3 ) The Great Wall of China was originally created to keep dark matter out.

4 ) Contrary to popular belief, dark matter, not the box jellyfish of northern Australia, is the most venomous creature on earth. Within 3 minutes of being bitten, a human being experiences the following symptoms: fever, blurred vision, beard rash, tightness of the jeans, and the feeling of being repeatedly kicked through a car windshield.

If they do we should pass laws of physics to keep them out of our galaxy.
