Honney, I'm home!!!
How ya'll doin'?
I've been reading your posts for some time and have decided to join in and participate.
Being an atheist to me has represented being called crazy for not having the need to worship an imaginary friend whom is perfect, always right, and loving all the time to feel safe and use as shield to my own mistakes... The fact is, there are some individuals that cannot accept the blame for their own actions, they need to have some evil imaginary enemy who is guilty for all bad things in this life, and need a savior king that will magically vanish the blame with some help of his friend mr denial...
This subrace requires this denial system, built upon pure irreal bullshit, to set them as salt and light of the universe to make them feel special and above all other citizens of earth as "chosen ones" like Lilly. No question is worth their time, we are all here for their amusement, because they saw the truth already and it made them free... from reality and reasoning.

Yay, I'm not the newbie any more! xD
Welcome to the club. It's mainly just us circlejerking atheists, but we have a couple trolling theists to liven the place up from time to time. =D

Hello!
I thought you said you didn't care what any of us thought? So, you do care? I do wish you would make up your mind already. - NKB

welcome to our humble forum, smack.
One of the most irrational of all the conventions of modern society is the one to the effect that religious opinions should be respected....That they should have this immunity is an outrage. There is nothing in religious ideas, as a class, to lift them above other ideas. On the contrary, they are always dubious and often quite silly.
H. L. Mencken

Welcome, smack!
Sorry that it seems like a funeral in here today, but most of us are in a state of mourning.

Thanks for sharing on this site... The thinking atheist's facebook page guided me here and I am quite glad to have found it...
I've been an atheist publicly for little time, it took some time because I am part of a family with a marked religious background... My uncles being pastors my parents being servants in their church, kinda hard to stand up at the family reunion and say " god who?"... But here I am, free minded and learning the different ways how yall answer to theists...
I am quite sad that Hitchens died before I had the chance to attend a conference featuring him, but I am quite glad man created youtube and internet where i can see what a hitchslap is...
I do not know everything, but i know that living on denial is not fun...

Welcome Smack,
By Central America do you mean Guatemala, El Salvador, Honduras etc? Or "Central America", the centre of the universe?
