My bad, I forgot about the Big Pharma that is in control of the entire world that conducts expiriments that will eventually turn us all into zombies.
Always question all authorities because the authority you don't question is the most dangerous... except me, never question me.

I thought it was Big Oil that was in control of the world. They can turn us all into zombies with the fumes from fracking.

you say that like it's a bad thing....
One of the most irrational of all the conventions of modern society is the one to the effect that religious opinions should be respected....That they should have this immunity is an outrage. There is nothing in religious ideas, as a class, to lift them above other ideas. On the contrary, they are always dubious and often quite silly.

I have noticed the pages load slowly. I would wager it is to do with the server. I am of course guessing, but my belief in the evil of the server should turn you all into following my bidding !!!!

Any news on this. Sorry to bring this thread to life again, but it seems to be getting worse. I am getting database and server errors with page loads now. This morning I pressed the "New Posts" button, then went for a shower, had my breakfast, took the kids to school and had a wank all before the page had loaded.

Yup, still a balls-ache for me - took 6 minutes to log out last night!
I've sent a chase up message to our uber-mistress.

I might suggest a poll and see if it could be a more local issue. Or more specifically an Internet Explorer problem since I never use it and while the site does appear to be a bit slow at times it's rarely more than a few seconds. Sometimes it's only one page that's being a problem. The behavior seems consistent whether I'm at home or work or on my kubuntu laptop or winduhs7 desktop. I don't know if IE is even installed on my desktop.

I don't use IE either. I look at the site on various devices and it's the same on all, it's a bit slower than before on account of me moving to live on the side of a mountain, but periodically it is painfully slow.
