I don't own a gun (well, I might have a picture of one somewhere, so...) but I wanted to post this on the end of the "gun owners is crazy" thread to show that the state is crazier still.

I think this supports your idea that the state can have too much power. It seems to me that real crazies get that power far too often. Then again, I wonder if people in general are just over-reactive and emotional.

Worse is that he will probably have to go to court for an apology of some sort rather than the idiots just admitting they fucked up
