Didn't these punkers spend about a year going to various ACORN facilities before they hit paydirt, Lily?

If there is anything ACORN is guilty of, its management incompetence, since it seems that the other branches should have been more alert of the punking attempts, but the fact that it took many many tries for the scheme to work should tell you something.
