The Magnetars in the above image are part of the broadcast circuits from Space that are opening ending our quarantine from the greater Universe. Light without Heat luminosity is the clue and connection found in the Urantia Book. Attached to the broadcasts are the adjutant spirit of instinct and understanding, essentialy it makes wisdom and understanding. It would infer level or levels of guidance based on instinct and then understanding through realisation in understanding the broadcasts through the linear journey and being guided throughout all the world on many levels following the commonality. Discovery and recognition is the key to all this and the message is attached to original places where the Immortal Gods lived and there cities containing the tree of life. The revealing of the ancient cities is part of the broadcast giving respect to our past, our origins and all the generations from all over the place. The generations before us who survived on there eternal adventure no matter where they are would feel the pulse of this contact and would be quickened through the broadcast circuits of space. It would make sense that the Universal Government of the Universe would go back to the beginnings, where the reception of the first Universal Broadcasts occurred and in today's reality were the end of ignorance occurs for all man to witness.
