Logic Proof of God
1) Logic exists everywhere in the universe.
2) Logic is thought.
3) Thought only comes from a mind.
Therefore, a mind created the universe.
Premise #2 could use some explanation, so I'll add the following:
Logic, in its various forms (including mathematics) has been something we discover, not something invented by man. It is not matter or energy. It does not require any dimensions in order to exist, and can exist outside the universe. What else is left for it to be, except thought?

I would say "Physics exists everywhere in the universe" not Logic. Logic gives humans the ability to understand Physics.

Could you tell us who discovered the square root of minus one, and infinity, and where these items were discovered?

An activity requires time and a location.
Thought and creation are activities.
Time and space did not exist until the Universe was created.
God exists outside of time and space.
Therefore, thought and creation were impossible for God.

If you are making the point that "logic is thought" then point two is redundant and you should be able to assert that "thought exists everywhere in the universe" which is patently wrong.

My eyeballs roll quite painfully when I have to read such obvious horseshit from these fly-by fools who think they have a deep and profound heap of philosophical wank to share. This latest wad of dick has been posting this same shit around cyberworld for some time, receiving the total scorn, derision and disrespect it deserves. I really do think that our little virtual pub gets there quicker and better than most.

There comes a time in an atheist person's life where they realize that there is little left in the way of discussion with a true believer. It is then that they cut to the chase and nip the conversation off.
Logic and mathematics require neither man nor creator. Mathematics (as used by physicists) is the way the universe is explained, and logic underpins it. It just is, there isn't anything mystical about it. Some people in my undergrad classes used to get metaphysical about it, but it's just math, or logic. Physics is just a way to write equations to explain (model) a physical phenomenon. It is NOT magic, even if it is not easy to do, or to explain to the layman. Physics does not give a reason for existence, either.
People can make shit up for it, but in the end, the universe just is. Come on, mystics/believers/bullshitters, give me some real evidence, beyond your proclivity for making it up for impressionable, nubile women to boink (sorry ladies, it really does seem to flow that way, and I'd like to see counterexamples), and get that cash register ringing. Bring it! I ain't holding my breath.

"given a quantity, there must be a source" this is central to the axiomatic system in proving theorem from postulates and axiom. the famous mathematician Godel was ridiculed when he attempted to prove the existence of god - he said if goodness was a quality/quantity it came from a source, namely god. But they didn't laugh when he showed all systems carry "seeds of destructruction" and his incompleteness theorem whereby some elements on a list cannot be deduced by others

Now, I'm not the smartest tool in the shed but I agree with this. For example, a quantity of potato chips need a source, usually tomato.
Count me as a disciple.

You say "tomato". I say "potato".
