I had similar problems trying to use an avatar, hence my picking one of the forum's pictures as my avatar.

I've never had a problem and size hasn't mattered.
Simply upload from your desktop and the software does any resizing it requires.
It could be the problem only occurs for users with unusually small penises.

In my over-enthusiasm about the last idea, I just tried to upload an Avatar avatar and it failed. I have to go soon, but later this evening, I'll have to give it more attention.

Thank you for your pearls of wisdom yet again. Clearly size wouldn't matter for you, as thankfully your hand is fully adjustable.

I have uploaded with no problems before but now for some reason it doesn't want to play.

I cannot deny having a freakishly small penis, luckily for me my wife has rather large nostrils. So with a bit of improvisation we struggle on.

Nope. I have tried a couple of times throughout the day and still no joy either. Maybe I should pester Smelly before he swans off on his jollies. Not that I am that bothered, but I would like to give him the opportunity to tell me to fuck off before he goes away, get his holiday off to a good start for him.

Sure, since he seems to like telling people that. But to really make his day, I bet it would really have to be someone like Ex or Egor.

Can you make one of THEM make him do that?

I could send a private message to them saying Sir Smelly would like a word. There's no need to be specific, pretty much anything either of them say would garnish the same response from our fearless moderator.

But alas, I believe an ass kicking of the highest order would be on the cards, and as this forum is the only thing keeping me sane at the moment I daren't risk it.
