This is even ridiculous from a Catholic point of view.
For centuries, the Catholic church has been going away from fundamentalism (which wouldn't allow a nice plush Vatican City, for starters), and changed whatever they wanted about the original scriptures to suit their needs. Now, all of a sudden, the Pope decides that even science is under his purview? Or is it a convenient alley for us to lambast ID proponents by saying that, if even the Pope is involved, it can't be science, and it must be religion? |

One must realize the Catholic Church lives in the middle Ages and is infected with Christ-psychosis so why is it a surprise those demented fools endorse ID? After all, don't they believe sons of god resurrect to save with their blood for sins committed by a mud-man and his rib-women when they accepted forbidden fruits by talking snakes?
So, a belief in a Intelligent Designer creating everything is not as insane as their fundamental primary psychosis that founded the dogma. Crazy is as crazy thinks and does. Christians and other folks infected with delusional beliefs think and reason like schizophrenics or temporal lobe epileptics. Their morality is dictated by an invisible friend called Jesus. |
