The Oklahoma House has passed a bill encouraging schools to expose students to alternative views about the origin of life.

Fortunately, it looks like it has yet to make it into law. Personally, I do not expect it to ever get all the way there. Even lawmakers have to concede to reality on occasion, and cannot deny their secular educations. Thank A TEACHER!

How is it, with all our tecnological advancements, have we come to a point where politians get to vote on important scientific issues (or non-scientific issues in terms of ID) Oh yeah, godidiots run the show.

Anyone who gets to have a 'vote' on such issues should first be required to attend science classess relevant to the issue at hand and should be required to achieve at least a B average, otherwise they don't get to vote.

All rise!!! The house shall now decide which side has the best evidence. All raise hands if it is string theory! 240 hands go up. Okay, now how about big bang? 204 hands. Okay, string theory is correct. Now, the commitee will turn its attention to the origin of life. Now, just about over 80% of this commitee is Christian, so we will have just accept Christianity...

But wait, what proof do they have?

Are you questioning majority vote? Since it has now been officially decided that Christianity is correct by voting process, you realize that you will be smited if you persist in your efforts!

YOU. CANNOT. VOTE. ON. SCIENCE. It isn't this way, it never was this way, it never will be this way... Unless we are one day run fully by Christians.
