I must be slipping - I haven't pointed out what a bunch of two-faced hypocritical cunts the chief catlicker and his kiddy diddling henchmen are for at least two days. The Washington Post is one of numerous rags tracking the Twatican's whining relating to secular laws that conflict with their stone age 'morality' :-

Quote:
Conscientious objection, he explained, should be seen as an “instrument for interior freedom” that individuals and “institutions such as the church or other religious confessions” can “legally turn to when faced with laws that, for their moral consequences, are in contrast with official moral norms affirmed by religious authority.”
In other words, WAHHH, we don't want to follow laws that we don't like, WAHHH . It really is a good job the majority of the flock take no notice of the drooling fools in the bowels of Rome - and I object the laws on alcohol tax, so I should be entitled to not pay - free drambuie for all!

Here's one

Or
Or possibly even this.

Another round of whining from the catlicking codpieces.
Quote:
Christians must insist that religious freedom is an intrinsic aspect of human dignity, said a senior British lay Catholic.
"We must be clear about that struggle and the interconnectedness of history with the present day, and the interconnectedness of the banning of a person's right to wear a cross with the most vicious forms of discrimination and persecution,"
What is it with these god-bothering fools - they just can't seem to grasp that nobody is trying to stop them from believing their ancient bullshit, they are quite free to preach complete bollocks to whoever is dim enough to listen provided they stick to their churches cathedrals, mosques and mental hospitals. The only things us sane folk ask is that they don't ram it down our throats and don't claim any special rights, powers or privileges from those that don't suck up the same shit. Perhaps we need a media blackout on the clerical fools.

Really? Most vicious forms of discrimination and persecustion... I recall a time when some assholes went around torturing and killing people because they weren't the right religion or even if they weren't religious enough, it was... oh wait, the Catholic Church. So essentially they're saying that going around and torturing and killing people is not as bad as telling a person they can't wear a cross while they're working. If anything, that is pretty impressive.

Always question all authorities because the authority you don't question is the most dangerous... except me, never question me.

I'd like to stop them genuflecting & crossing themselves while I'm paying their wages.
Never hear the end of it if it was an outstretched arm & a click of the heels.

Shock, horror – the Krusty Katlickers dismiss a poll that doesn’t give the result they want.

Quote:
The Roman Catholic Church has dismissed a poll suggesting the majority of Scots support same-sex marriage.
I wonder if they’d dismiss my personal poll that their church is a pile of steaming horseshit?

If you're older than 12, then I'm sure the Catholic priests dismiss your pole.

Well there's a surprise - the Archwanker-elect shows his hand, confirming his regulation homophobic bigotry.

Quote:
The newly appointed Archbishop of Glasgow is at the centre of a furious row after appearing to link the premature death of an MP to the politician's homosexuality.

Looks like resident Weegies are in for much of the same old shite.

Did I dream it?!

The Pope drops Catholic ban on condoms in historic shift

Quote:
After decades of fierce opposition to the use of all contraception, the Pontiff has ended the Church’s absolute ban on the use of condoms. He said it was acceptable to use a prophylactic when the sole intention was to “reduce the risk of infection” from Aids.

While he restated the Catholic Church’s staunch objections to contraception because it believes that it interferes with the creation of life, he argued that using a condom to preserve life and avoid death could be a responsible act – even outside marriage.
There must be a catch.
