Sure, I can compost the banana peel, but let's consider what becomes of the banana itself.

Matter can be transformed into energy and vice versa. However, it can NOT be created nor destroyed and is therefore CONSERVED,

your correct the radiation that makes up matter is conserved

This definition is profoundly problematic in numerous ways.
Start with the idea of something always existing is not a scientific idea, in that it lacks a clear method of falsification. How can one scientifically test and measure your hypothesis? Same with “everywhere.” Prove it.
Also. Substance. That’s not a scientific word either, in this context. Energy is not “A” substance that we know. It is at best (me being generous) multiple substances, but even there that’s a less than precise thing to call it.
I would look at a new definition and work on finding an experimental means to invalidate your theory before cracking open the cold ones.

to falsify the conservation of energy, just create or destroy energy!

Energy is also coal.
Is therefore a chunk of coal conscious?
See that’s the problem of syllogisms. Or big nasty long equations.
Or maybe you believe that fossil fuels possess consciousness.
Is the oil in my car’s engine block conscious? Is that what makes my car go vroom?
I mean st Augustine and his ilk believed such things. Like that rocks had a conscious free will as to whether they would fall to the ground when dropped but they always decided to fall because they obeyed Gawds commands. Love crackpot stuff like that.
I like your mojo, HumbleBeauty. I like crazy things in this world, and am fascinated by the limits of human belief, and you bring it to this board.

according to my theory, higher energy density would correlate with high human intelligence. like say putting a golden crown on your head, or going in to a cave of a mountain

It's "YOU'RE correct" NOT "YOUR correct".

... and you are defining 'Theory' in precisely what manner?
... and, according to anecdotal evidence supplied by people and documents of the time, German scientists working during WW2 on projects involving the use of high density energy, suffered from severe psychological issues.

ΔpΔx ≥ h/4π
ΔpΔE ≥ h/4π

Always question all authorities because the authority you don't question is the most dangerous... except me, never question me.

Hint: It's Heisenberg's Uncertainty Principle where Delta X = uncertainty in position, Delta P = uncertainty in momentum and h = Planck's constant.
Basically, the uncertainty of the two metrics, when multiplied >= h/2 pi.
This means that the more certain we are of one metric, the less certain we become of the other metric.
Simples.

That certainly wouldn’t falsify whether it has always existed or is everywhere.

I LOVE THIS! WHERE DO I SIGN UP??
but wait. If energy density correlates to intelligence, wouldn’t the center of the sun be like really smart or something?
