well, tenspace maybe has a different opinion (and he is an awesome mod- just to show that there is no one way of doing this) but i wear 2 hats in this forum.

the Eva hat and the Eva-Mod hat.
when you are wearing the eva hat, can I assume that is all you are wearing? (I will anyway)

I'd nominate Irreligious. He's calm, unbiased, eloquent, and will usually listen to what everyone has to say, even people like Lily. Hes been infinitely patient with her.

Of course, this is assuming hed even want to be a mod.

Hmmm...I'll second Stern's nomination.

When it comes down to voting, I may have to abstain. Stern, Professor, Irreligious...all three great candidates. I wonder: which of these three are online the most?

myst is......

but, heck, NO.

One of the most irrational of all the conventions of modern society is the one to the effect that religious opinions should be respected....That they should have this immunity is an outrage. There is nothing in religious ideas, as a class, to lift them above other ideas. On the contrary, they are always dubious and often quite silly.

There's a certain Nine Inch Nails song which would go well in that moment.

Are you nominating yourself?

can I anti-nominate Myst? Having him as a moderator would suck arse worse than a toilet on a 747.

Who cares if he's nominated? Just make damn sure he can't hack the Diebolds!

I just like the idea of anti-nominations, to keep the assclownery to a minimum.
