After thinking about here is another reason an atheistic woman may hold back on giving sex.

Our evolved programming.. a woman gets stuck with a baby and the man moves one to impregnate as many others as possible. So it is in a woman's best survival interest (and thereby will be part of her evolved instinct) to try to stick with one man in a monogamous sense.

Because we all know that women can't think things through, right? Everything a woman does has to be described by instinct, evolution, or men telling them that god told them to do things.
