It's not difficult in the least. The church land, buildings, money and possessions should be given over to the local communities, from which it was taken in the first place, for it to be managed. It should be used for the benefit of the community, not for the benefit of sexual perverts. Also, it must no longer be used in order to support the inconsequential and illogical practices associated with the beliefs in a Bronze Age myth ie. christardology.
