Not to me, I'm a shortish dude at 5'9" and I don't have, nor have ever had the same feelings. I'm not saying that it's not possible, but I'd need to see the study.

Before getting too far into smug mode, re-read your premises for the feelings that I bolded for you. The main points being generally shorter and physically weaker. If you meant to say something that was specific to women, then you should have.

Secondly, reread my wording: I stated that it doesn't make sense to me, and that I would need to read the study. I never made any claims to knowing anything on the subject nor of being a woman.

yes we also have a semi-resident neurologist and a few other [professions- this one can't be bothered unless she sees the textbook, sees the quote in full and who it is referenced bu and also to whom it is referenced - the research underlying it and / or the biases of those who wrote or commissioned the book- also the age of it would help.
