Citing static temperatures since 2001 to refute anthropogenic climate change is like refuting evolution by claiming you've never seen a monkey give birth to a human.
That is your opinion.

(Not least of all because it's not even true that temps have been flat: "...seven of the eight warmest years on record have occurred since 2001.")
I also argue that these are the warmest years on record. 2008 is already cooler then the last 6 years. What about this record?

We're not even close to 22 degrees Celsius.

"Looks like CO2 is on top, which one is the 1000 of times greater? Please elaborate." Never mind I found which ones you were referring to. These gases have been and are being phased out thanks to the 1987 Montreal Protocol. It is good to note that due to their level of concentration their level of forcing is much lower then CO2 or water vapor. Looks like we've already tackled that one. I'd be all for a process to remove the remainder from the atmosphere as it impose more a problem to the ozone layer then to global warming currently.

Fuck.

Not more climate change deniers.

They piss me off more than Holocaust deniers.

Fuck the fucking lot of them.

You can't spew billions of tons of carbon gas into the atmosphere and not expect a reaction. There are too many fucking humans causing too much fucking damage. At some point the ecosystems are going to collapse. Unfortunately, that point has been breached. A collapse is under way.

All man-caused climate changed deniers...go fuck yourselves. Go die. Go eat shit. Go the fuck away.

Same to you. Ever try to think outside of the box? You did at one time when you decided you were an atheist. How does it feel to have a fellow atheist disagree with you? Do you believe every government funded research project?

As for the holocaust, that was truly a tragic event in human history.

I disagree with atheists quite often. An inordinate number of atheists I meet are Libertarians, whom I utterly loathe. Some atheists I meet are asswipe racists. And others are global warming deniers who are so totally wrong that it boggles the mind to try to figure out where they got their twisted ideas. Corporate polluters have no better friend than global warming deniers. The ecological version of Nationalist Socialist Workers Party members.

Still no link between CO2 and temperature. Notice at 530mya(million years ago), 438mya, 380mya, and 144mya that CO2 rose and temp didn't?

Liberated1, it might interest you to know that the International Commission on Stratigraphy - the people that determine where the break points on your chart occur - are considering adding a new era. The Anthropocene would mark the beginnings of homo sapien influence on climate.

Also, I can't help but notice that you choose to lop the chart off at Tertiary.

I did not create the chart. I was using it to point out that CO2 levels do not dictate global temperatures. In fact they tend to lag behind them and sometimes do not correlate at all.

Any discussion on Global Warming should include the geological epochs in which humans existed. I can't think of any good reason for that data to be omitted. If nothing else it casts the chart maker's argument in question.
