I re-assert - there are good philosophical arguments to suggest a Higher Power may exist.

Certainly enough for reasoned speculation.

If only one singular universe exists (ours) the fine tuning argument is and has been highly persuasive to provide reasoned grounds to a "creator". That the universe is witnessed to contain a great deal of extra space (providing great beauty, the stars etc) does not defeat the point that the liklihood of combination of finely tuned physical constants which we have enabling life is still infinitesimally small - unless there was design.

Atheist counter, duhhhhh there must be multiverse.

OK - if infinite number of universes (and infinitely old - likely by the law of conservation of matter and energy), then a Higher Power is bound (Sinny says "inescapably so") to exist, even just by chance. Not to mention, infinite opportunities for progressive evolution (the term provided by KA, thanks).

This is a "check mate" philosophical position, which at the very least provides reasonable grounds to speculate that a God may exist.

Get this concept in your pea brains heads, big shot elite Atheists.
