Having checked, he's one of a growing bunch of creationist fuckwits peddling their horse shit to a gullible world via a 'new' campaign of disinformation. The real downside is that genuine scientists will have to spend a disproportionate amount of valuable time refuting this bollocks rather than doing real work.
