Questions to ask a Mormon
I have a mormon visiting me later on today and I was wondering if anyone had some good questions I could ask them.
I would prefer if they didn't require a detailed knowledge of Mormonism and that they were good enough to perhaps stump him or at least make him think hard. I am an atheist and I want to be able to pose him questions about his faith that he will need to work hard to explain. Thanks in advance Daniel. |

Lol good ideas hebut I'd rather avoid police attention.
I want to make a list of 10 questions I can ask him so that he'll have no proper answers or answers that make the mormons sound as stupid as their beliefs. |

Ask him why the alleged angel who allegedly spoke to Joe Smith had such a stupid-ass name. Why didn't the god send Gabriel like he did with Muhammad? Who in the fuck names an angel Moroni anyway?

I've had a look but it's mainly long questions which ask about in depth history of the book, etc. I want to ask him questions about their basic beliefs. Just like you would ask a christian " So where is heaven?, Is god a rapist or mary a whore?, If god and jesus are one was incest involved?, Why did god kill so many in the bible including so many children?" plus others I know there not brilliant ones.

Danny, here is some material to review before and after meeting the Mormons.
I was raised and indoctrinated as a Mormon. I served two years as a missionary to Korea. I will be delighted to assist you during your interactions with the Mormon missionaries.  The key point for you to remember is that their dogma, like all religious dogma, is completely indefensible with reason, so they have perfected the art of making complete bullshit sound reasonable. They will rely on emotive statements, and when they bear their testimonies to you, understand that they are using their biggest artillery. Their aim is not to convince you in one interaction. They will gradually wear you down, with basic brainwashing techniques, offering you the fellowship and support of the Mormon community. Don't let the polite smiles and gentle mannerisms fool you.
