Donations

Site maintenance and hosting costs are paid for by my personal funds at this time. I’d like to change some of that with donations. Your donation will be used to pay for our ever increasing bandwidth costs, our hosting service, domain registration, software licensing fees, and maintenance costs only! This post explains how some of the cost breaks down. *In the future I’d like to use vBulletin for the forum but as you can see from their site, it costs $160 for a indefinite license. So, if you enjoy using this site, and would like to help it keep going, a donation is a great way to show your support. Even a dollar is helpful!

You can donate via PayPal by using the button below. If you’d like to use an alternate form of donating, sending a check, money order or perhaps donating some of your time to the site, please send me an email. Also note that contributions are not tax-deductible.

Because paypal charges a fee for credit and debit transactions, it may be best if you send a money order. All cash, money order and check contributions go to the site’s ING Direct savings account and earns 4.25% interest. This account is linked to PayPal so I can use PayPal to pay for hosting directly.
